One DB Agency is a marketing agency that builds and runs content, GEO, website and lead generation programmes for its clients. When you submit a form on this site or book a call with us, we are the controller of the information you send.
Information you give us directly: your name, work email, company, website, the service you are interested in, your budget range and anything you write in a message or booking note.
Basic technical information: a hashed fingerprint of your IP address and browser agent, used only to rate limit our forms and block automated spam. We do not store your raw IP address alongside your enquiry.
Scheduling information: when you book a call, our scheduling provider (Cal.com) processes your name, email and chosen time so the meeting can be created.
To reply to your enquiry, prepare for a call, and send you a proposal if you ask for one.
To keep our forms working: spam filtering, rate limiting and abuse prevention.
To meet our legal and accounting obligations if you become a client.
We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without you asking for it.
Service providers that help us operate: our hosting and database provider, our scheduling provider, and our email provider. Each only receives what it needs to do its job.
Nobody else, unless you ask us to or the law requires it.
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months so we can pick up a conversation where it left off. Spam prevention records are kept for 30 days. Client records are kept for as long as we work together plus the period our accountants require.
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email dennismiropol@onedbagency.com and we will action it within 30 days.
If you are in the UK or EU you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
This site uses only the cookies and local storage needed to make pages and the booking widget work. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
