How we actually work

Fully remote with overlap hours, not timezone theatre. We care what shipped this week and what it did for the client.

Everyone touches real accounts from month one. No shadowing for a quarter, no internal-only busywork.

We disclose AI content, we do not fake results, and we hand clients every asset they own. If that matters to you, we will get along.

AI Content Producer

Full time or contract, remote

You script, generate and edit AI UGC at volume. You care about hooks and pacing more than transitions, and you can ship a batch a week per account without the quality sliding.

  • Strong short-form editing in CapCut, Premiere or similar
  • Comfortable with AI video and voice tooling
  • Understands why one hook beats another, and can prove it

Full time, remote

You own how our clients show up inside AI answers: entity work, structured data, answer coverage and the writing that earns citations.

  • Technical SEO or GEO background
  • Writes well enough that a founder would publish it unedited
  • Reads model answers as data, not vibes

You build the outbound engine: lists, deliverability, sequences, replies, and booked calls that show up. You are measured on meetings, not sends.

  • Hands-on with outbound tooling and CRM hygiene
  • Can write a first line that does not read like a template
  • Happy to be judged on calls booked

You build fast, conversion-focused sites on short sprints, then keep improving them once real traffic arrives.

  • React or modern static stacks, plus Shopify or Webflow when it is the right tool
  • Cares about Core Web Vitals and analytics being correct
  • Can turn a rough brief into a shipped page in days

    Thirty minutes on what you have shipped and what you want to own.

  2. Step 02

    Paid trial task

    A small, real piece of work. We pay for it, and we give you proper feedback either way.

  3. Step 03

    Offer

    Decision within a week of the task. No five-round loops.

Questions candidates ask

Are these roles remote?+

Yes, all of them. We need a few hours of overlap with UK and North American client calls, otherwise you work where you like.

Do you take juniors?+

Occasionally, if the portfolio shows you can already ship. We do not have the capacity for a long training programme yet.

Contract or employment?+

Both exist here. Most production roles start on contract and move to full time once the work is steady.
