One DB Agency is a Toronto-based growth team. We started in 2025 running content and websites for founder-led companies, then added GEO and lead generation because clients kept asking who owned the rest of the funnel. The people on your kickoff call are the people doing the work.
One DB started after years of watching founders pay four vendors to argue with each other. Our founder runs client strategy, sits on every kickoff, and stays the point of contact for the life of the account, and personally owns the content and GEO programmes.
Our delivery lead runs the website sprints and the outbound engine: rebuilding your product pages, wiring up the tracking, and making sure the leads that reach your inbox have actually been qualified first.
Ad accounts, analytics, domains, source files, prompts, creator assets, outbound lists. All of it is created in your accounts or handed over on request. If you leave, nothing breaks and nothing walks out the door with us.
Every figure in our weekly report traces back to a source you can open yourself: your GA4, your ad manager, your CRM. We do not report on platform-only vanity metrics that cannot be checked.
If your bottleneck is product, price or sales capacity rather than marketing, we will tell you on the first call instead of selling you a retainer that cannot work.
When we say AI creators, we mean fully synthetic, AI-generated presenters. They are not real customers, not paid influencers, and not employees of your company. Nobody on screen is a genuine testimonial unless you supply one.
We label AI-generated content using each platform's own disclosure tools, including TikTok's AI-generated content toggle, Meta's AI label on Instagram and Facebook, and YouTube's altered or synthetic content disclosure on Shorts. Where a platform offers no toggle, we disclose in the caption.
We do not script claims that would read as a real customer's personal experience or medical, financial or health outcome. Synthetic presenters demonstrate, explain and hook; substantiated claims come from your own approved marketing language.
We do not create synthetic likenesses of real people, public figures or your staff without written consent, and we do not use a synthetic presenter to imply an endorsement that does not exist.
Rules change often and differ by platform and jurisdiction, including the FTC's endorsement guides and the EU AI Act transparency requirements. Compliance review is part of the monthly cycle, not a one-time checkbox, and your legal team gets access to every script before it renders.
We do not publish client names or logos without permission, so we share named references and live account examples on the call instead.
